Ari Averbach joined JWW as the Synagogue Resource Coordinator in December 2007.  He received his BA from New York University in Judaic Studies and Film Theory.  Prior to joining Jewish World Watch, he worked in the entertainment industry.  Outside of JWW, Ari was selected to be a Birthright Israel Next fellow in September 2009 and in his free time works with students in the inner-city through 826LA.
