Darfur Observance Day - 07/10/10
The Los Angeles Darfur Observance Day in May 2007 was a broad city-wide coalition convened under the leadership of the Office of the Mayor, Jewish World Watch, the American Jewish Committee (AJC), and First AME Church to raise awareness about the genocide in Darfur and encourage Angelenos to act to help end the violence.
