The annual JWW iWitness Awards recognize those who have made vast contributions to the fight against genocide by raising awareness and spurring activism. Our 2008 honoree was filmmaker Socheata Poeuv (’08) for documenting the Cambodian genocide in her film New Year Baby and teaching others in her community to do the same through her Khmer Legacies project.
