The Last Survivor - 03/28/11
On Sunday, March 27, 2011, in recognition of Genocide Prevention/Awareness Month, Jewish World Watch partnered with the Museum of Tolerance and Uri L’Tzedek to bring "The Last Survivor" film screening to Los Angeles. "The Last Survivor" follows Survivors of four genocides – Holocaust, Rwanda, Darfur and Congo who work to remind the world what happens when apathy and inaction prevail. Following the film screening there was a Q & A session that explored the motivations behind the making of the film, the work that is being done today to prevent genocide, and the steps each individual can take to be a part of the movement.
